Real Estate Diligence LLC (RED) provides physical due diligence services to the institutional real estate investment industry nationwide. Real Estate Diligence has opportunities for full-time senior-level professionals and/or consulting relationships in major metropolitan hubs throughout the United States.

Registered Architect / Professional Engineer
Candidates must possess the following experience:

• 4-year degree
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in a variety of professional activities, including design, construction oversight, project management, and forensics
• Minimum of 5 years' experience performing pre-purchase building condition assessments for institutional investors
• Working knowledge of diverse building types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and hospitality
• Steller customer service skills and quality standards
• MS Office suite literacy (primarily Word and Excel)

Additionally, successful candidates must possess deadline driven self-management skills, ability to travel on short notice, and both exceptional writing and communication skills, others need not apply.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
